Every time we built a feature, we had to ask: would someone understand this while they’re between jobs? Could they set this up on their phone in a few minutes? Does this actually help or just add confusion?
Because here’s what we know: you need professional tools, but you don’t have time for complex systems. You need to manage bookings, payments, customer details, and messages. Big companies have whole teams for this.

So we had to build something that handles complex business needs but feels simple to use. That’s hard work.
